    Hey all, I started working at the Queen about a month ago. The renovations are amazing, I will try to show you guys some secret places not everyone gets to see. Expect future updates here. These are pictures of the gold floor, a vip section that only the people staying on the floor can access (the views are amazing). Bonus pictures of the old signage that used to be on the building, it's hidden in a mechanical room on the roof.

    I hope the logo will be in white and not green, a green logo won't match with some of the colors the lighting can do.

    I doubt it. There's a blind wall on the other side, despite them having a partnership with OGLIVY. I feel they should have taken the risk of adding windows, the chances of something tall getting built on the small piece of land Wanda's is on is tiny.

    Better street level integration, superior architecture, greater branding, more accessible location, more Canadiens logos, etc. Maple Leaf Square condos are just generic glass towers, there's nothing Maple Leaf about them.

    I know it's a little early to say, but if all goes to plan, the TDC trio will be a much better project than the Maple Leaf Condos.

    Apparemment, cette rénovation faite partie d'une nouvelle négociation de bail entre Musique Plus et le propriétaire de l'immeuble: RENOUVELLEMENT MUSIQUE PLUS – GROUPE V MEDIA 20 septembre 2017 Parmi les édifices dans le portefeuille de location de Trium immobilier, se retrouve celui du 355 Ste-Catherine Ouest reconnu comme étant l’immeuble qu’occupe Musique Plus maintenant regroupé sous la bannière du Groupe V Media. Musique Plus occupe l’immeuble situé au cœur du quartier des spectacles et de la Place-des-Arts de Montréal depuis une vingtaine d’année déjà. Le bail de ce locataire arrivant bientôt à échéance, nous avons renégocier afin de les garder avec nous, dans l’immeuble pour les prochaines années. Un remerciement particulier à Patrick Laurin de Devencore NKF pour sa collaboration lors de cette transaction. Une belle transaction que nous sommes fier d’avoir accomplie ! Musique Plus

    lol c'est la faute d'mtlurb. Le site ne permet pas de vidéo et ne prend que des fichiers de petites tailles. En tous cas, j'ai appris aujourd'hui qu'ils feront un Taverne 1909 à la Place Bell aussi.
