Pour moi, sans hésiter la version B. Pas uniquement pour le design mais la teinte du revêtement me parait plus appropriée vu que les Maestria, 1SP, place Victoria  ont déjà des revêtements très foncés!

I’m waiting for a tall skyscraper in this city to have an actual cut out like the bottle opener in Shanghai. A cut out could help some properties reach the 200 m limit while still staying within the COS.

Honestly, there are very few buildings in this city that have real signature traits. We could probably count them on one hand.

P.S : Je n'ai pas mis le stade Olympique que je ne considère pas comme un édifice même s'il a quelques étages de bureaux. Si vous insistez pour qu'il soit dans la liste, ça fonctionne quand même :

Je ne pense pas que ça ait rapport avec le COS car la partie supérieure d'un « décapsuleur » ferait partie intégrante de la tour, donc de sa hauteur totale.

Sure the quality of the renderings for both versions are uneven...however it's quite obvious which was has a stronger architectural quality.

There's no way that a minimally qualified architect would think that putting a continuous ventilation louvers from the 10th floor all the way up to the 60th floor is an acceptable architectural solution and appropriate to the urban setting.

Au moins on aura eu Coob, Pey, Mies, Moretti et Safdie.
