Anyone know what this is? I imagine it will be rentals since it has gone up with no signs indicating purchases of condos or anything else. Or maybe it will be someone's large house. 😆 Either way, this area of Pointe-Claire is absolutely exploding with developments! Quartier Greenwich, OneWest, Brivia at the old Mazda dealership, etc.
