    I wasn’t going to point all of that out! Only the Jeanne-Mance Maestria stood out to me (the passerelle will be in the small corner, and the angle of this “arrow” will point directly to PdF).

    That’s a good question that I’m hoping people familiar with the area are able to answer. I was really under the impression that this station and Frontenac would become models for development around existing stations.

    Peut-être pouvons-nous convenir que si ces maisonnettes sont transformées pour apparaître comme elles le font dans les rendus, elles deviendront un avantage net pour la PdF et le QdS.

    I’m maintaining my position that keeping those ugly, nondescript maisonettes is a missed opportunity, whether for the private development or a shared space — ie to continue the “amphitheatre” aspect of the Place.

    L'autoroute Décarie en fait divise en deux l'arrondissement qu'elle traverse depuis déjà 60 ans, j'ose dire que c'est une plaie beaucoup plus profonde et fendue que la Met.

    As an aside, the Pierrefonds Ouest project (that the mayor of the CMM effectively cancelled) included primary schools and all sorts of services for its “thousands” of new residents, along with a modern access road, bike and transit lanes, and — oh yeah! — a light metro station at the end of that road!
