    That giant GYM sign doesn't help next those empty lots either, it looks so tacky and cheap

    Can they put up advertising on the blank wall?, I'm sure the city won't allow it

    The pier where they usually set up the cirque du soleil is probably the biggest waste of space in the old port, they should move the railway museum there (located in St. Constant ) and expand it by adding old fire engines,police cars,transport trucks......

    Never underestimate the Montreal graffiti a-holes, they'll show up with chainsaws to cut down the ivy, they even managed to vandalize the banks of the Lachine canal (using rowboats or scuba equipment)

    That rendering is about 15 floors too high

    They should add millions of led lights throughout the the Quartier de spectacles, aren't Montreal lighting companies known all over the world?. Make the area rival times Square

    It really is a nice view if your a fan of Pink Floyd's THE WALL

    They're starting to make really good progress, I count 9 floors

    The cube look is kind of ruined by the section next to the blind wall (western section of the building)

    Only a matter of time before the graffiti animals burn it to the ground, meanwhile our great mayor is locked in her office planning where to put the next bike path

    Is the renovation of that beautiful old building (telus) on ste Catherine part of the project? It's already covered in graffiti (what a surprise)

    What do you expect from a city that allows it's streets to crumble to a level you see in a third world country, or allows a gang of lowlife bums to vandalize half of the downtown core with graffiti (mail boxes,parking meters, vacant storefronts, even churches aren't off-limits to those animals)

    Get rid of a bike path are you insane? There's a bike path in front of my apartment, I see (on a good day) maybe 1 bike pass by every 6 hours, in the summer that number shoots up to 5 or 6

    It looks like only the top half of the diamond needs to be completed for the building to be topped off

    Your right the site seems to have all kinds of problems processing photos especially trying to space them properly

    It's hard to believe the BN building will be 200m they're quickly running out of floors

    I was watching a video of a via train passing by the MUHC , all you can see was graffiti everywhere (especially along the new turcot interchange) the mess continued right up to Central Station , what an impression that must make on first time visitors

    The location of this tower would've been prefect for a flatiron style building
