    if you choose to live on an island like Montreal or Manhanttan. This is the only way to be viable. Look at the Solar Uniquartier near 10/30 a totaly new neighbourhood, where everything is walkable and transit made a priority. This is the only moving forward. Large lots can be had near st jean valleyfield st jerome lol

    Not at all surprised by this development company once again. Quickly and poorly designed interiors, cramming everything to make a quick buck. Have rented from Brivia...this projects looks like one of their rental project i lived in. Prices are insane as well

    sure the building may look good... i am talking about the maintenance, upkeep and customer service afterwards of a particular developer! recycling, garbage, dirty, unlocked areas.

    i would be hesitant to buy from any chinese developer then...heard many horror stories from other projects as well. Anything to make a profit...smoke and mirrors.

    I currently rent a condo in a Brivia managed project 3280 cavendish. I would never buy anything from them from the poor management and upkeep of the building. Had vandalism and theft in their building in the parking garage...Buyers beware.

    Exactement densifier necessite pas necessairement demolir ou batir plus haut. S etendre en banlieue nest pas durable. Alors une meilleure mobilite a Montreal plus dense oui

    Densifie l ile de Montreal est la seul facon ecologique et durable. Nous devons arreter cette etalement urbain. L'etalement nest pas une solution long term pour la planete.

    letalement urbain nest pas la solution...... oui il faut ramener les gens vers le centre et les emplois. Il ne faut pas etre millionaire pour vivre a montreal. Mais il faut arreter de vouloir vivre comme a Texas dans de grosse cabane pour elever nos jeunes. Je fais un salairs moins de 60K et je vis tres bien a Montreal en plus sans voiture. Combine sa coute une famille avec 2 voitures en banlieu. Combien de temps passe vous pas semaine dans la voiture? est ce que vous sauvez vraiment de largent? Et une mechante qualite de vie passant des heures et des heures dans la voiture.

    Je suis contre le prolongement aussi. Sa ne finira plus. L;etalement urbain est deja un gros probleme dans la region de Montreal.
