    It will remain an AC Marriott. The AC logo is temporarily blanked to avoid guest complaints to Marriott for construction noise. Happy holidays

    chris 1989 ; the ph levels are 40 and 41 which are communicating. there are then 2 more levels of mechanical to the roof.

    There is no limit on space. It is only to have an idea of how many to accomodate. We will be meeting in the enclosed glass area (next to the blue bench) directly in front of the main doors of the hotel. Please try to be on time. There is no problem if you would like to bring guests, just indicate it next to your name. Thanks

Bring your cameras and questions! All are welcome and the tour will include the apartments as well as the hotel. We will meet in front of the hotel Hilton Garden Inn for 1pm.     What youre looking at is the roof (slab of 38th floor), as you can see by the crane is the "dalle de proprete" for the makeup air unit which will supply fresh air to all the apartments. As well you can see the four little bases on the sherbrooke side, which are the footings for the cooling tower. There are more recent pictures on the 88th and 89th page of this thread showing the 39th slab already poured. Needless to say they are now finished with the concreting and the building has reached its max height.

    they are not adding a whole floor. if you look at the artists rendering at the beginning of this post you can see the section on the 39th floor which tapers at the top, this is a mechanical floor. the last slab to pour.
