All I can really say is that from my (well above-ground) vantage point, there is heavy machinery inside the building and they have torn down parts of the back wall today. I'm not sure what kind of pictures I can take from street level. They are also doing some work next to the Victoria Pub's backyard terrace. Maybe 3 or 4 guys total.

wow! So I guess this is another project for which Canvar will start construction (or any kind of prep work) without having annouced the purpose of the project, just like for McGill Residences...
