SameGuy Posté(e) 7 mars 2023 Partager Posté(e) 7 mars 2023 I’m waiting for a tall skyscraper in this city to have an actual cut out like the bottle opener in Shanghai. A cut out could help some properties reach the 200 m limit while still staying within the COS. Honestly, there are very few buildings in this city that have real signature traits. We could probably count them on one hand.

A cut out could help some properties reach the 200 m limit while still staying within the COS.

Sure the quality of the renderings for both versions are uneven...however it's quite obvious which was has a stronger architectural quality. There's no way that a minimally qualified architect would think that putting a continuous ventilation louvers from the 10th floor all the way up to the 60th floor is an acceptable architectural solution and appropriate to the urban setting.
