  1. @FrancSoisD Not sure if I should put a laughing or crying reaction to your post..................
  2. I tried to try cathcart today at 12:30pm but it was absolutely jam-packed. There were black barriers and reserved signs everywhere. The bar seemed completely off-limits. It was a zoo in there. So I said **ck that and tried timeout instead. Much better experience with logical seating arrangement (and actual seats left too). Beer selection is way too small. Central is the coolest of all three food courts but I'm already sick of West shefford.
  3. Somewhat relevant article from Journal de Montreal. https://www.journaldemontreal.com/2020/02/08/une-soiree-en-amoureux-sur-peel
  4. Also "Ste-Catherines" LOL @GDS bro I'm drunk too. it's cool
  5. Feels like we already had a thread for this project.... but thanks for the pictures!!! Looks a million times better than La Catherine...
  6. I'm probably trying cathcart on Wednesday for lunch. Any advice? I want a couple good beers, and a simple meal. Is it too busy past 1145 am?
  7. Nice picture. Considering mine 3 days ago, what are the tarps for?
  8. It's just a pathetic attempt to try and look special/modern but we all know it looks like S**t. Also "inverted Ls" and "handles" at the top.
  9. What about these really shitty pavers just a couple blocks east? Just a thought: does any of this have to do with the nearby Ville-Marie expressway? Bleury actually becomes a bridge after all.
  10. Hmm, dunno if it's "because of the project" but what I heard on 730AM last Saturday is "affaissement de chaussée" on Rene-Leveski between Guy and St-Mathieu. Also it's been like that for a while and will remain closed for a few more weeks? I'm surprised I didn't hear about it on this website or even the news.
  11. So it looks like despite the fire, thankfully we'll be keeping the facade?
  12. Verdun's holding a public consultation on January 22nd 2020 https://montreal.ca/actualites/consultation-sur-les-locaux-commerciaux-vacants-verdun
  13. Kinda rare to see a project with only three retaining walls like that. Or is one coming curbside eventually?
