_mtler_ Posté(e) 28 septembre 2018 Partager Posté(e) 28 septembre 2018 Good info in this article - 36 floor mixed use https://montrealgazette.com/sponsored/homes-sponsored/quinzecent-a-gateway-to-montreals-downtown-core Quinzecent: a gateway to Montreal’s downtown core URSULA LEONOWICZ Updated: September 26, 2018 Inspired by New York’s best luxury hotels and designed to enhance the lives of its residents with an assortment of high-end services and amenities, the latest development by the Brivia Group and Gansu Tianqing Real Estate Group promises to offer the best that downtown living has to offer, with all the added comforts of home. From the grand, hotel-like entry that includes an impressive porte-cochère designed to cover its residents as they get in and out of the building to the rich, distinctive design of the glassed-in lobby that includes a co-working space, everything about the Quinzecent suggests the suite life. “It’s a luxurious project and we wanted people to feel that from the moment they approached the building, which is why the entrance is such an important design element,” explained Kheng Ly, president and CEO of Brivia Group, who, along with Gansu Tianqing Real Estate group, is also behind StanBrooke. “It’s an integral part of the modern hotel concept we’ll be offering to our future residents.” Ideally located where life and style meet, on the corner of René-Lévesque Boulevard and Guy Street at 1500 René-Lévesque Blvd., the 36-storey mixed-use development will also play host to a carefully curated assortment of visionary services, shops, and offices, in a commercial area on the building’s first two levels. Conveniently located on the tower’s third floor and dedicated entirely to improving its residents’ lives, Quinzecent’s impressive amenities package includes a lounge with a full kitchen that can be rented out for private events, natural-light-filled spa facilities with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and aromatherapy showers and a fully equipped gym, which is reminiscent of that of an exclusive hotel. The glassed-in pool area with its high-end gym and yoga studio provide exceptional views of the area as well as of the adjoining outdoor green space created to cultivate a feeling of health and wellness. The terrace on the third floor consists of a large urban garden measuring over 6,000 square feet with an outdoor kitchen and individual firepits, so residents can host their own garden parties, friendly get-togethers, or simply relax by themselves in the evenings by a warm fire. Finally, a unique projection area will allow residents the opportunity to screen movies outdoors at night. With more than 400 units to choose from, in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom varieties, Quinzecent’s condos range in size from 300 square feet to just over 1,400 square feet. The units, which are graced with amazing views of Mount Royal and the St. Lawrence River, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, are comfortable and spacious — even the micro-condos, which are specially equipped with clever, custom-made space-saving furnishings. “The shape of the building is quite unique for downtown Montreal, and the corner units are exceptionally bright, with outstanding views,” Ly said. “No matter where you’ll be located in the building, though, you’ll be treated to an amazing view.” The neighbourhood’s trendy restaurants, chic boutiques and fun, vibrant, urban vibe make it the ultimate choice for residents looking for a small pied-à-terre downtown, near one of the area’s universities, to families looking to be part of a larger community. Neighbouring Ste-Catherine, Sherbrooke and Notre-Dame streets as well as the proximity of Lucien-L’Allier métro station, which is a three-minute walk away, make commuting easy whether by foot or local transit. The proximity of the highway makes getting around by car just as convenient. A spectacular glass tower created by Menkès Shooner Dagenais Letourneux Architectes, the same team behind renowned projects such as the Grande Bibliothèque and CHUM Research Centre as well as YUL Condominiums, the Quinzecent is the result of a harmonious blend of materials. “From metal, glass and stone on the outside to leather, wood, marble and copper on the inside, the building’s shell was carefully designed to create a discreet and elegant charm that would only serve to highlight its mixed uses and distinct, hotel-like concept,” Ly said. “Along with Brivia’s other stunning projects, we hope to transform the area into a sophisticated, centrally located residential neighbourhood — the city’s new urban core.” The project is to be launched this fall. Vous pensez qu’il y aura des surprise ? Parce que pour le moment ça a l’air très carré. 2 1 Citer Lien vers le commentaire Partager sur d’autres sites
fastboi Posté(e) 28 septembre 2018 Partager Posté(e) 28 septembre 2018 I currently rent a condo in a Brivia managed project 3280 cavendish. I would never buy anything from them from the poor management and upkeep of the building. Had vandalism and theft in their building in the parking garage...Buyers beware.
