    I just overheard at the city that there is a project under review for the property located at 4584 - 4596 Saint-Denis. Also, the commercial space has now been shown as rented (http://www.idoffices.com/st-denis-commercial-space). Does anyone have more details? Would be great if we get some new business in this part of Saint-Denis.

    The land has been sold.

    The city granted a demolition permit because the building was considered a threat (unstable structure and illegal activities taking place inside the vacant building).
