Je n’oublie pas, mais il n’y a aucune dérogation dans le projet. La conseillère de l’arrondissement a confirmé que les promoteurs sont dans leur plein droit.

Projects like these have to go through three readings at the Conseil and have to be evaluated by the urban committee. It remains one lecture at the conseil before the permit can be issued. The next conseil is march 12th. The project should be approved before spring, just in time for the launch. It already received two favorable recommendations from the Urban committee.

Quand vous parlez de fenêtres cheaps, je crois que vous êtes dans le champ. Dans tous les cas, il s'agit d'un mur rideau et je suis pas mal certain que la qualité de fabrication est égale. Évidemment on peut ne pas aimer l'esthétique de certaines fenêtres, mais la qualité est la même.

J'aime bien le 500 Place d'Armes. J'aimerais mieux s'il était ailleurs que sur la Place d'Armes, mais je vis bien avec.

Ce sont eux que Brivia a engagé pour YUL et le QuinzeCent; dommage de ne pas donner la chance à une autre firme de faire sa marque avec ce projet. MSDL en mène large, avec aussi le nouveau siège social de la BN et la Maison Manuvie. On ne peut pas dire que jusqu'à maintenant ils se distinguent de façon très marquée...

C’est effectivement un mur-rideau de qualité. Ça va être superbe.

Heu, c'est pas comme ça que ça marche... Le design du projet Devimco est sûrement déjà finalisé.

Les promoteurs orchestrent souvent le pré-lancement avec des gimmicks thématiques. Dans ce cas-ci, ils ont eu l’idée de faire un tease sur le thème de Noël, sans que cela veuille dire qu’ils vont dévoiler le projet un 24 décembre (ce qui serait absurde). Je ne vois pas où est le problème.
