Un peu massif et un peu bizarre les deux derniers étages mais définitivement un plus pour le secteur et une belle densification.

I kind of like the visual play of building masses... the only missed opportunity that would have helped emphasise it would have been to set back the ground floor to create a more distinct 2nd to 4th floor floating block. But that is only my opinion..

Yes, the volume of this building is kind of unusual. A two storey brown block looking more like a long container sitting sideways on a 4 storey relatively massive grey block. Maybe with a cool commercial sign above the first floor for the upcoming business will cut the massiveness of the grey section and make it look smoother.

Il y a 5 ans je n'aimais pas beaucoup ce projet. Je trouvais qu'il était massif et qu'il ne s'intégrait pas bien dans la Petite-Italie. Mais aujourd'hui je le trouve mieux, surtout avec une rez-de-chaussé animé avec des commerces dont une épicerie Italienne avec une grosse enseigne colorée à l'italienne, comme je les aime. Dire que ça change tout !
