    After today, all I can say is that a local high tech company is doubling its square footage in Old Montreal and significantly increasing its head count next year. Maybe it'll pop up in Les Affaires sooner or later.

    Dumb question: do these buses perform any differently (read: worse) than the gas-powered ones in snow/icy climates like this morning? I notice this part from the article "traction et freinage dans la neige" but more in the context of monitoring. So in other words we don't actually know?

    None of this bothers me anywhere near as much as the quintessential disposable sales office. What a huge waste of building materials. At least some projects like Roccabella and 628 St-Jacques rented out existing spaces. But the VSLP had a "wonderful" sales office (complete with next-gen landscaping) torn down within what, 6 months?
