  1. Si le prix d'un appartement de 2 chambres de 995 pc est en réalité de 585k$, il s'agit d'un très bon prix et cela explique pourquoi ils n'incluent que les éléments de base. Actuellement, je pense qu'il serait difficile pour un promoteur de construire et de vendre un projet en béton dans le centre-ville pour moins de 600$ / pc.

  5. Part 2 is currently on hold on rue Laforce... Demolishion refused. Most likely also going to be changed to condos for sale.

  7. Has nothing to do with money. They did not have a demolition permit and demolished more what they were allowed to demolish without having a demolition permit. The city found out and asked them to go back and to apply for a demolition permit. This is the reason the project has been stopped for a couple of months. Other delays were mostly due to availability of the subcontractors who were because of the delays booked on other projects...

  9. Le bâtiment a été vendu à la fin du mois de juillet. L'entreprise est dirigée par AHLAM IDJERAOUI et l'activité de la entreprise est GESTION D'HOTEL. Peut-être y aura-t-il un développement hôtelier ?

  13. Both projects advancing quickly! Probably trying to get done as much as possible before the holidays and the cold weather in January & February. Do you know when the two projects are supposed to be finished with the construction?
  14. 9th floor is quite high, so I would not be worried about street noise at all. However, I think it is it going to be quite noisy until the entire construction of all the phases is finished...

  19. FABG The building has been sold to Mondev. We will also see a 7 story project here soon.
  20. Construction costs are currently exploding in Montreal. I would not be surprised if prices start to climb even higher due to Covid
