lets dream a bit : In this spot the best choice would be to build the most emblematic tower of Montreal, a tower between 180-200 meters with a really good crazy design . This area is basically our image to the world and wasted with cheap towers will be sad. Now that we dont have decent height for Montreal at least we should have a really nice design for buildings, something out of the box. -
these towers are not as ugly as i did image, not bad after all, cant wait for the final results and impact

Sorry, but i really dont like this project, seems so generic... Montreal needs some cool design, something more futuristic... i guess there is no $$ for those requests .. i would prefer to wait a bit and have something more decent to such a good spot.

In the 1960"s we had the 20th tallest building in the WORLD (1 Ville Marie) !! those old days will never come

THIS tower is my favorite one under-construction, design+height together. Cant WAIT to see this beauty rise above the street level.

There is more people in Montreal that in the last 2 locations , Calgary and Vancouver , more people = more work force = more money , the thing is that 25 % of this island is taking a check from the government and the government is taking the money from them, a long love story. One day Montreal will rise and shine more than today and i hope to be alive to see it.

Hello guys, Im new on this forum, but a Die Hard Fan of the Montreal skyline. I have a question for you : Hauteur en mètres: 177 (peut-être 200) ??? Is it going to have 200 meters ??? or this is just gone.. Thanks.

In my opinion this tower is the best project that Montreal ever had in the last 20 years... im in love with it..the design is pretty good... i cant wait to see this beauty rise in our skyline
