J'ai mis a jour le rendu, aussi la tour la plus à gauche est plus haute que je ce que j'avais cru. Je croyais qu'il s'agissait de 3 tours identiques.

En fait la tour de gauche a deux étages de plus.

disons qu'il y a pas beaucoup de condos qui sont "donnés".

Villagia de l’Ile Paton

Le manoir promenade des îles mérite hautement son appellation de manoir. Complexe d'architecture et emplacement unique (près de l’île Paton), la qualité du bâtiment se situe dans le haut de gamme.

C'est assez avancé et haut, mais toujours pas de rendu.................. très bizarre.

Ah oui, c'est 12 étages sans la basiliaires... ont compte ça comment??

La tour la plus a droite est presque complète!

Ils sont rendus au 3ième étage, et c'est 14 étages et non 11.

Canon 5D Mk2 high ISO pictures

This shot was taken at ISO 1600 in the corridor at Canon. Click on the picture for the full resolution file. The EXIF data is intact in the full size images.

Here they are. These are a selection of the 50 or so frames I shot on a ‘beta’ version of the Canon 5D Mk2 camera at Canon’s headquarters in the UK. Canon supplied a model, Lisa, and I took pictures while demonstrating the camera’s capability to the hundred or so press and distributors who attended throughout the day. I only shot Jpegs as we had no way of processing the RAW files. So these pictures are only 8 bit and not 14 bit RAWs. I downloaded them into Lightroom and made a few tweaks before using Photoshop to do a bit of spot removal as per a normal jpeg workflow. I was careful to preserve the histogram where possible although some pulling about of the files was inevitable.

ISO 1600 too, and in another corridor just outside my demonstration room. The lighting was from low wattage downlighters.

ISO 6400 with the exposure compensation maxed out at +2 stops

This frame is a little more normal with predominately neutral tones and no heavy backlight. It is the first of 3 frames to compare high ISO perfomances at different settings. ISO 6400

UN peu comme ils ont fait avec la partie ouest du Boul. Taschereau à Brossard. Il doit y avoir 15 concessionnaires dans ce coin (sans compter un concessionnaire Harley-Davidson!

À Laval sur la rue chomedey, plusieurs concessionnaires ont construits là (déménagé d'ailleurs). Ça fait une synergie en attirant des gens d'un peu partout, tu peux voir une marque et visiter le voisin pour voir ce que l'autre offre. Plus intéressant.

This will happen by itself in my opinion, dealers for the most part own the land, if they see that it's more profitable to move elsewhere and build condos and have stakes in that project, they'll do it in a blink of an eye.

More regulations aren't needed in my opinion.

Good points, also limiting gas station is a bit stretched. Will the plateau people accept to drive 5km+ to get to the nearest gas station. Too much waste.
