Here's an interesting project in Lasalle, construction seems to have started in June 2021. They are moving a 1941 manor to build 16 townhouses.

I always wondered when someone would do this: it is a great large lot right across from the river and the river bike path, and to the west, the aqueduct, path. Ideal location, too bad it's only available to a select group.

Looks like a great project but I imagine a steep price tag

That's just crazy. I wonder who the targeted clientele is here, with pricing like that. Most people with that budget will be looking for single family housing if they are looking in Lasalle.

Some decent progress. At least two townhouses are going up. Mansion looking great. New visual. Still surprised they put some wannabe park in the middle instead of another couple units, seeing how the river is just across the street.
