    Hopefully this helps LindbergMTL, someone please correct me if i am wrong. Municipal regulations forbid any building from exceeding the height of Mount Royal, or 233 m (764 ft) above mean sea level. According to Elevation Finder map, the lot sits at 14m above sea level. Thus, technically the building can be 233 - 14 = 219 meters tall.

    Was looking online and came across some old renders, was there supposed to be a TD4 originally; as there is an extra tower in between TDC 2 & 3, or is TDC 4 still a part of the plan?

    Its a shame that the project was scaled back.... initial renders made the buildings seem like they were going to be the same height as TDC 2 & 3.

    Exactly, i walk my dog in the area there is always traffic at the light imagine a huge hotel there. (highlighted is where the driveway would be and where all other traffic would come from) At least if the hotel gets built next to Beatrice (the restaurant next to the parking lot) wouldn't need to keep spray painting their walls every weekend due to the graffiti!
