Le nouveau gouvernement québécois veut réformer la politique d’immigration. Il revoit les règles et prévoit de supprimer l’arriéré de 18.000 dossiers qui n’ont toujours pas été traités. Cette annonce a fait l’effet d’une petite bombe dans la province. Derrière ces dossiers, il y a des candidats à l’immigration au Québec qui se sentent trahis.
