I visited the Sales Center the other day and yes, there are no balconies on the one side. It's also a no parking building. The project is mostly studios with some 1 bedrooms, the majority of units are 300-400 sqft. The sales centre was quite busy and it seems like they are already selling quite strongly, so the support is definitely there for the project. They are predicting delivery starting in January 2023, with the building finished around October 2023.

Why is this project relatively cheap in cost compared to other new highrise develops (namely Square One Phillips/Victoria/Humaniti)? Apologies if this has been asked but can't go through 182 pages

Hey guys, Does anyone know of any updates on this project? Is the plan to have the elementary school within the 3rd phase of the Coop Bassins Du Havre (see image), or does the announcement of this school mean a different design for the space? Feel free to respond in French (I'm working on mine).
