There will be a cafe between the two towers, else than that there is no commercial aspect. The ground level activity will be more at the back where the townhouses are and the eventual park.

I would love a tower like that at that location, it reminds me of 1 King Street West in Toronto.

Merci, je croyais que j'étais le seul qui voyais la couleur charcoal. Il n'apparaît que plus brun sur les photos prises au coucher du soleil, ce qui ajoute une teinte rouge foncé.

Ce projet a pris 4 ans à compter de l'annonce initiale pour démarrer.  Le design a changé plusieurs fois, c'est une situation très similaire au 750 Peel.

C'est drôle tous les gens parlent comme si Canvar était la seule qui essaye de rentabiliser leur investissement...
