Wow. Amazing video thanks for posting. I don't know if they were trying to outdo Maestria's fancy video but if they were, they win. And amusing to me that when the cityscape to the east is shown - at ~ 2:15 and at the end - there's an empty lot where the Maestria twin towers would be. 😊

I suppose this is for the interior work on the 6th floor as well as the exterior work on Jeanne Mance (and more to come?) but the hotel website has this alert: "Makeover in progress: A new experience awaits! As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are currently in the process of renovating a portion of our public area facilities from October 15, 2019 to June 2020. Certain facilities will be temporarily relocated within the hotel. We will do our very best to minimize any inconveniences during this time."

Yes and I work close to the Art de Vivre project and was surprised to learn that they were putting 35-stories into that narrow space, considerably higher than Louis Boheme.

I work on Bleury now and love that view. In fact, one of the most striking things for me, a baby boomer Montrealer, is how once-sleepy Bleury has acquired this NY-style canyon effect with the narrowness and the tall buildings. And the fact that the terminating vista is the silo: great shot.

Bon à savoir. Je travaille à proximité et personnellement je n'ai pas remarqué d'activité sur le chantier depuis la mise en place des marches d'escalier.

J'y étais hier et la majeure partie du lobby au 6ème étage de l'hôtel est maintenant murée pour ce qui semble être une transformation complète. Il y a beaucoup d'espace sous-utilisé, donc je ne suis pas surpris. Aucun plan ne semble être disponible.
