Merci! Oui c'est vrai qu'il y a l'autoroute derrière, mais heureusement j'ai acheté le condo à l'intérieur du village et presqu'en face du parc. Donc, je ne devrais pas avoir de problème d'autoroute. Une fois que le Groupe Tyron construit tous les buildings, Place L'Acadie va devenir un petit beau village (j'espère). Pensez-vous qu'ils vont construire le 3 autres buildings pour les personnes âgées?

Thanks for the info! Actually with parking it came to $250,000 taxes included. Still I believe it's cheaper than other projects. Anyone else bought any condo in Phase I or II here???

Hi everyone, I just bought a condo in Phase II of Cite L'Acadie and before buying it I did some research and came across this page. Really great job guys! A big thank you! I bought a 41/2 with garage, so far the area, neighbourhood, the little compound look great! I hope I did a good investment. Once again, thank you for providing all the info. Did I do a safe and good investment? you guys tell me.
