I really wish they would renovate the 9th floor restaurant, and reopen it.

I feel like it's been a decade they started this!! Like since the Hilton Garden inn was under construction.

L’autoroute 20 prend forme dans la cour Turcot alors que la direction ouest sera ouverte à la circulation à la fin de l’année.I meant on this photo, looks like a much higher quality screen.
-
Is that a giant TV screen ?
-
Beautiful tower, it just needs to add like 30 more floors.

The only thing missing in this area now is to re-clad that awful Rogers building.

Nothing through Turcot anymore.
Nothing exists already at the airport.

A station is already built at YUL underneath the Marriott hotel that was complete in 2009.

I love Mayrand, I hope they don't move to far away from their current location.
It will diffidently add some nice development to the area. United Gym is closing soon someone told me, moving to Place Viau last I heard.

Crane going up live!

Please someone tell me there gonna finish the sidewalk

Redo it again? Its been built 25 years ago and was basically crumbling down... With all the new spaces around it, it really looked old and run down. Glad they are pouring money there.
LOL didn't they redo the fountains with the skylights just a few years ago?
-
So all that money wasted to just redo it again....
I miss having lunch by the original fountains.

It would also increase exposure for the city. Might have some Americans cross the border to watch some games, stay at our hotels and eat at our restaurants (as long as our dollar stays low). I could see a marketing campaign along those lines.
I've never been to a basketball game, but I wouldn't mind going to see a few. We all know that the bell centre puts on an amazing show, no matter the venue. That alone will fill up some seats.
1B is such a steep price tag though! Ouch.

Thats more of a baseball thing, I've been on a few baseball trips and it amazing. It would work better if we get the expos back.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't really been following lately, but aren't they going with this 37 floor tower until they can get a change on the zoning then build let's say TDC2 and 3 much higher. Or have the plans for TDC2 and 3 been cancelled?
-
You know this will share some elements of the Concordia newer buildings. Be patient it'll grow on us!!
I'd take this building any day over what we have being build now.
-
I am happy to hear the Bell Centre will be getting some much needed upgrades. When is Bell's naming rights up? So I can start calling it the Molson Centre once again.
I believe you'll be calling it the bell centre for years still. They renewed the naming right till 2026 or something like that.

Theres a lots of parking on both sides of the building.
