Yes some material used on certain condos are not extraordinary but that's what we have and thats fine also.

When I was living in Vancouver an old industrial area next to downtown called Yaletown also has a mess of new condos over the last 15 years also, they're not all architectural gems but the area has become a great neighbourhood very vibrant. 

1111 Atwater will really pop down in the Westmount/Atwater area.

Goodness, please do something with that bus depot.

Good luck with that, The EV and JMSB are both new and the Guy tower was just redone 8 or 9 years ago.

I’m very happy with the renovations of the park so far, however I really hope they focus on other sections of the park. There’s a lot of work that is needed in the north part of île Sainte-Hélène around the Levis tower. This area is really is a state of disrepair and that’s really disappointing.
