Someone at Concordia is clearly sleeping at the wheel. So much potential, the Bell Center area is on fire for more than 5 years, the site value is going thru the roof, yet they are going along with their tiny faculty in a boring building like nothing is happening around. Jesus!
Eventually, I'm hoping that lot where the temporary classrooms are now on de Maisonneuve becomes a 15-18 floor building that will host the VA.
I don't know why they didn't make room for them when they built the EV.

I don't mind 65 meters - the de la Montagne is very narrow. But if there is one place where quality of materials matters, it's here! This will become a major luxury retail corner/ space so some sort of stone would be best.
Wanda's need to gooooooooo 1st.

Are they still planning the Rue Souligny extension in the lower part of the area?
Other then that I'm glad the area is redeveloping, it's currently a wasteland.

I'd love to see the Concordia building next door disappear.

This should get built, Wellington is a fkn mess at all times of the day now. Paying cops and cadets to control the lights at rush hour and on weekends.

I mean in all fairness who has time to go through 43 pages of this thread if you're late to the game.

The back side of this building looks like 1984 Soviet Ukraine.
