This is one is easily missing 20 - 30 stories especially that has an elegant and curvy architecture which you so rarely see in this city.  Imagine coming off the Ville Marie Guy St. exit onto RL and seeing 50 stories in your face.  Would scream downtown.  But sadly not in Montreal.  Too many good looking buildings getting lost in sea of vertical mediocrity.

Pas pour être insultant a personne mais ça fait Village des Valeurs architecturale. Comme a été mentionnée c'est tres surprennent pour une entrée de ville (ça ne cri pas exactement Ville de Design) sans dire que Griffintown, avec ces projets soit privés (hello Devimco) ou de la ville (hello coop avec taule orange et/ou grise) de design douteux, a pas besoin d'une autre construction de ce genre.

Bien des anglophones viennent ici pour ne pas entendre l'Anglais justement afin de s'imprégner un dans la culture Française en Amérique..cest la beauté des voyages.

I'd be curious to see the degree by which the labor market is affected by Trudeau's covid cash.  If someone is not looking for work then he/she is technically not part of the labor force so that number I'd think is smaller today than say 18 months ago.  All those help wanted ads likely wouldn't exist today if people weren't paid to stay home and consequently the labor force would be larger.
