Little update. I bought in Lowney Phase 11. 630 Feet for $257K. The unit is brand new never lived in. (has been vacant for almost 1 year) I am hoping for some nice units in P4 of Lowney sur ville, a little bit bigger and nice view of downtown. It will give me a chance to save money.

Just got the pricelist today. Yes still for sale, a bit over my budget Seems like condo are selling slowly as of late. bassin having problems selling as well.

All the units in phase 1 facing the city are tremendous value, and not to small. Notably the units ending in XX09

Thanks guys, I have checked out District Griffin, Bassins, canal, murray, gallery, Walter, Myst. I find Lowney has good value *going back to 2013 price list* primary concern is good amenities. (good roof top pool, gym and common areas) Regards,

Merci, J'ai fait un offer dans un condo lowney 8-11 il y a quelque jours, mais je toruve 630-650 est un peut petit. La phase 1 sur ville 800-900 pied sont interresant. Est que il vont avoir un phase 3-4 sur la ville? Les plans montre dautre edifice.
