    There was a small open air market area outside for years. Never been really popular. I live next to Jean-Talon market and i'm there 5-6 times a week. To work a market need a mix of open & indoor space.
  2. ALGO
    If people want an open market in the area they should support the nearby Marché St-Jacques. Gare Viger was also planning a market and never been able to sign anyone.
