I've never liked the north side of saint-antoine between University (!!!) and up to Peel. Completely cold, uninviting and devoid of anything remotely interesting.

Some decent progress. At least two townhouses are going up. Mansion looking great. New visual. Still surprised they put some wannabe park in the middle instead of another couple units, seeing how the river is just across the street.

Currently under construction. LOL @ that 2023 banner though...

I think work at Jolicoeur metro is FINALLY wrapping up too. it doesn't like finished at all, but they're taking down the fences...

I'm personally thinking of 1450 City Councillors and 1435 saint-alexandre as ideal conversion candidates. Ideally with some kind of recladding...

1450 itself is about 40-50% empty...

I work in that building but I was never able to make it anywhere near the last couple floors. security even kicked me out once...

This implies that they ever catch anyone in the act. My neighbor was a fireman in Verdun/Ville-Emard and he said the only times they'd ever catch them was badly injured from a fall, or straight up dead (turcot)

So they have some kind of bar in the building?
