Why not develop 600 Peel first with a bunch of 120 meter towers? By the time its completed, a new mayor may be in place and it would give them the possibility to have another stab at a derogation for 750 Peel.

This tower is actually better at 190m. It will make the VSP stand out among its lower height surrounding neighbors.

Work stoppage can be due to health and safety reasons a well. Lets just hope it's not a budget issue.

If i'm not mistaken, the portion of the lot where the tower is being built is zoned 200m whereas the other portions are zoned 65m.
