Stopped this morning again. This is what I can see. They excavated what seems to me where the will build the proper "fence" for the project. The blue "crane" is the Centra land and the white truck/crane is in the building with milk bottle on top. In the picture is possible to see the fence between the two properties

I wasn't sure, but you are right. I took this picture from the entrance of Centra the same day

This morning. Soon we should see the first floor of this one

There is no activity here. I believe that we will have to wait for Phase II

They have covered the sidewalk as it seems they are getting ready for when this construction goes above ground level
