I wonder why they don’t put building parks a priority. Most parks were aimed at starting construction in 2021 and now it looks to be in 2026.

I know the son, who stayed with me at Bordeaux. We shared the same Jail cell. Good guy. 

It's a Jewish crime family who's the developer. I know they had problems with the financing for some reasons...

Not sure why they had so many problems since they are connected to a wealthy Israeli mafia here in MTL. Shouldn't be a problem unless they are waiting for the value to the land to increase in order to sell the properties at a higher premium.

I love Griffintown . It has its character. From Rich retirees to upper mid working class. 
 

There are also many thugs around chilling on the rooftops, mixing up with everyone.

Some Crips and Bloods around hanging around the rooftops. Good people that share stories about how life was hard growing up in the hood and now they live in a well off neighborhood. A life of crime free 

We need some Ghetto around the neighbourhood.  

People are dying around the world and people here are crying about UGLY building??

What’s going on with people.

Who cares about the looks of a building? It’s not going to change anything thing in your life.!

As long as you have a roof over your head and live close to downtown and not waste your life on public transportation :/ that’s what count...

Is living in a neighbourhood with beautiful looking building will make you in a better mood? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Lived in Paris, NYC and Tokyo.

I bought a unit in phase 1 of Noca which is a 400 square foot 1 bedroom. I can't believe how big the units are in Montreal compared of other metropolitan cities around the globe. It's such a big plus.

I don't understand how people live in a HUGE 700 square foot condo, there's so much room!!! lol

Griffintown is coming along and will soon enough be one of the nicest neighborhood to live in! Prime location, close to everything. Can’t wait to see the competed work...
