This one is about to start construction. I saw some machinery at the construction site this morning, excavation by Payette.

La seule chose qu'on peut pas reprocher à ce projet c'est que ça lève. Faudrait que quelqu'un réveille le promoteur du Laurent & Clark en face qui dors au gaz.....

Last time I passed by their office, they said construction would start in May. Initially they said January 2017, then pushed to Feb, now May, so take this information with a grain of salt.

Excellente nouvelle pour ce coin du centre-ville. Maintenant il ne reste plus qu'a détruire ou transformer l'horrible building en béton cheap dans lequel POINT ZÉRO prévoyait faire un hôtel.

And build the Tour Qds right up the street. What a shame that empty lot for years..

According to this article (http://ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/584753/tours-site-ancien-spectrum), they had 5 years from 2012 to build and not have the city collect the warranty deposit.. Maybe 2017 will be the year?

Yea.. weird that they have that nice all glass facade turned to where the other neighbor building is..

I almost bought a unit at the Peterson that is now going to have its view blocked by this new building.. lucky me.

Called them a few weeks back and they said february for construction.. seems like they are pushing it back more and more

This one started construction, I saw them digging yesterday.

Passed in front of it today, and it (finally) seems they are renovating the facade. I will try to take a pic tonight.

We might see them remove that ugly scaffolding from the entrance soon.

Hum I also saw the equipment parked in front of the building, but I thought it was for road construction.. they have these huge pipes, seems more like they are going to replace the sewage system or something.

Yea, I passed by last night on my way to China town and I noticed these signs.. weren't sure if they were old or new.

online advertising appeared this morning as i was surfing different news sites. they're active! we should be looking at a showroom soon?

There is already one inside Hotel 10. Its been there for more then a year already..

Not sure if this will go up anytime soon. Seems like they have a 10k discount going on. Their condos are so tiny though.. difficult to find a buyer.

I also agree they should have renovated the old bus terminal instead of building a new one. I hate how the new one is soo far from berri station, and the walk there is depressing.
