Enfin, je ne me plaindrai pas si c'est le cas avec la 2e phase, mais j'ai des doutes.

Let me remind you that floors can still be added during the construction phase as we have seen with other projects. There is still a slight possibiity that TDC 1 can be built higher!

When is the sales office for this project opening? They may not want to fall behind the eight ball when CF announces their new condo projects!

Je crois que l'autoroute Ville Marie passe en-dessous du terrain ? Alors probablement de bonnes chances pour des stationnements hors terre.

I dont think the autoroute is a real issue. If you check google map, you will see that the autoroute passes just barely under the lower portions of the available lots on st-antoine.

Senseless how these lots are 65m or 120m max, whatever it is. SMH. What a complete joke! They should be 200m+ seeing that they are further down from the mountain. I mean for god sakes, le 1000 is just a street away.

Don't get me started on Montreal or Quebec's "reputation"! Quebec does a wonderful job and has a great reputation for welcoming foreigners and their money with open arms, especially those of arabic and indian descent!

The penthouse floors are taller then the regular floors. The building will be a bit taller then what depicted in the image.
