Any thoughts on the pricing for this project - It’s around $688 a square foot plus taxes - are they nuts? Who is buying this stuff? Am I out of tune with the market?

I think that’s how much Symphonia Viu is currently priced at - would not be surprised if this project is priced in a similar way.

Any visibility on pricing of the condos yet? I’ve searched online, and also emailed them. No luck so far.

Any word on the pricing of the apartments in this project?
I wonder how pre-construction condo prices have been affected by the interest rate hikes.

Spoke with one of their sales reps recently, and an 800 square foot one bedroom apartment is going for around 670K (with parking and locker) - I remember they were around 550K a year ago.
A bit of a steep increase?!

Does anyone have an idea how they will connect the south side of the island to the REM? If transportation links don’t change, we would be looking at 20 minutes by bus.

@GTMindthanks for that. I did not know about the additional 1K in yearly fees when the condo is rented out - they did not mention that in the sales gallery.

I’m thinking of investing (will be renting it out) in a one bedroom apartment - a bit confused about which option to go for.
Symphonia Viu, low floor, 700 sq foot, 1 parking, with locker for 445K, 0.44$/sq foot service charge
Wellington sur basin (Griffintown), low floor, 530 sq foot, 1 parking, with locker for 445K, 0.55$/sq foot service charge
Any advice please would be much much appreciated 🙏🏼
