  1. Montreal – Tel Aviv eff 06JUL20 Increase from 2 to 3 weekly (Previous plan: eff 31MAY20). 787-8 operates entire summer season (A330-300 previously scheduled from 31MAY20) Well that's not good actually. Montréal - Tel Aviv was supposed to increase to 3 weekly eff 31 MAY and now it will increase to 3 weekly only in July. Montréal - Tel Aviv was already 3 weekly summer 2019 with A330 so a 3 weekly B788 is a lost of capacity on Tel Aviv, minus 111 seats each way per week. On the other hand, that B788 is flying YUL-DUB the other 4 days so compared to summer 2019, witch was an ex TAP A333 (285 seats) 3 weekly, we will see an increase of plus 165 seats each way per week.
  2. Ce qui était prévus pour cet été, c'est que le premier départ pour Paris est AC884 en B777-300 à 17h50. Et le second départ à 20h50 en A333-300 pour le AC870. Si le A330 de Qatar remplace le A330 d'air Canada, nous devrions pouvoir voir les 4 Qatar en même temps. À moins que les horaires ont changé et qu'Air Canada ait remit le B777-300 sur AC870? Si c'est le cas, je n'étais pas au courant.

  4. Malheureusement c'est mal partie pour ça. Depuis 2011, l'écart se creuse entre YVR et YUL. En 2011, YVR transportait 3.36 millions de passagers de plus que YUL. En 2012, 3.79M. En 2013, 3.88M. En 2014, 4.52M. En 2015, 4.80M. En 2016, 5.70M. En 2017, 5.38M (Est ce qu'on commence à reprendre le dessus? Je ne crois pas ). Et si YVR atteint les 25.9M en 2018, il auront transporté 6.47 millions de passagers de plus que YUL.
  5. Bizarre pour Qatar? Ils ont ajouté un quatrième vol par semaine fin décembre sans que l'entente soit signé? Ou est-ce une nouvelle entente? Également bizarre, j'ai parlé à un représentant de Qatar en décembre dernier par rapport au quatrième vol et il me disait que oui, le Canada et le Qatar venaient de s'entendre pour plus de fréquences entre les 2 pays, jusqu'a 6 vols passagers par semaine. Qatar aurait immédiatement ajouter un vol le lundi pour désengorgé le vol du dimanche. Quelqu'un a plus de détails? C'est un peu mélangeant je trouve hehe!

  7. Looks like YUL-DUB will increase to 5 weekly next summer on AC. It was 4 weekly this summer and when I looked it up a couple weeks ago it was down to 3 weekly for next summer but just looked at it again today with randoms weeks in July and August and its up to 5 weekly with service on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
  8. Dont forget the 767 is leaving the fleet, so I'm guessing YOW-FRA, YOW-LHR and YYC-NRT will get the 787-8.
  9. LHR was 400 seater 777 this summer. Tokyo non, 43 sièges de plus par jour chaque direction. Londres oui, 108 sièges de moins par jour chaque direction. Bel upgrade pour Rome par contre.

  11. Correct pour Vancouver mais Toronto en 2003 dépassait déjà les 24 millions de passagers.
  12. If you zoom in, you can clearly see the line from Montréal going over the line to LIS, so LIS is to YYZ. It is very difficult to see if there is one or two lines from Montréal because of the thickness of the line. It looks like two line leaves from Montréal but then again, it could look like that because of the zoom and its a little more blurry. Anyway, it would be safe to assume that if there is only one line, it is to Paris.
  13. 274 seats is what Royal Air Maroc has in their 787-8 already. This must be a mistake, I doubt their 787-9 will have the same amount of seats. New carrier this winter in Montréal as Primera will start CDG with A321 4 times a week. They say winter seasonal in the article.   14. For sure YYZ and YUL will get more Rouge flights next summer with YVR getting de-Rouged. Increase in frequency or new routes or both? We will find out soon. As for the 4 A333 coming next summer (and 2 more B789), you have to take into consideration that there is 6 B763 leaving. That is one for one, so not much room for expansion if they use those frames to replace the B763. Then again, the MAX8 can also replace some B763 but I doubt YOW-FRA/LHR and YYC-NRT will go MAX8.
