Ces bâtiments la vont aussi être du logement social. Les phases précédents condos qu’ils ont vendu ont été performantes niveau énergétique (j’oublie qu’elle accreditation)

La ville prévoit plusieurs nouvelles connections piétonnes et vélo dans sa vision Bonaventure. Tu dois zoomer sur les images. 

Really exciting how fast the road infrastructure is progressing

Here is a photo taken tonight showing progress. Depicted is the buildings going up on Charon st (taken from Bourgeoys). I believe that the buildings going up on Charon st. will be some of the social housing component for the project.

As well, for the discussion you guys had about the crane: note that there are two 8 story towers planned in this complex, one exactly where the crane is (and you can see how deep the foundation is). that should answer your questions. You can go back and check the master plan posted by a member on this website many years ago.
