We not suppose to pay for brokers fees, this is not my deal, this is the promoter's deals.

I am not gonna pay back the seats and offices they used.

When I pay my deposite, its was for the condo not for the promoter's expenses. In my contract they dont say brokers fees. I am not gonna accept that

My bet is that the builder noticed that most people buying are investors or foreign investors. He did not have any remorse to jack up the prices considering that people buy "to make a profit" instead of living there. This gonna be a huge rental tower, clearly.

Hard to say,  if you search the google review, they got a lot of negative feedback,  wonder how can they resell them at higher price

Scams of promoters whose customers risk paying the price. Normally deposits are supposed to be fully protected and deposited in trust. There is also a limit amount to respect to be protected by law. Otherwise the customer becomes the promoter's guarantor, taking risks that do not belong to him.

However, They took yr money from the trust (notary account)

My sales told me today, she said it could be after tax 18.5% increase.  She confirmed it is for all units.

some clients are going to sue them. and some agents have not yet received the commission. they are going to sue them too.

I bought it 2 years ago, paid 20% already. My sales told me they will send me an email aboout this price increase and details of how and how much we can get the money back.

    probably i will sue them.

    ….. I suppose u can get back 20%.
they want to return less than 20%?

agree , we should sue them

se received an email regarding the change of email domain. They sold the project to new developer .

Totally agree.  Shall we do sth now

  7. They requested us to transfer our deposit to new notary few months ago.   They planned to do something bad.    And Notary didnt keep our deposit . They transferred 2/3  of them to developer for building cost without letting us know.   Can we sue them?

  8. Yes,  they changed floor plan for several times,  even tho they didnt inform all buyers who bought the units until they found it out

    Is it common in Montreal?

Location is good . Price is cheap,  but they never considered to build since 2018
