Yes, my understanding is the same, if you look at the architectural model. The streets that are there so far are being done as pavers, and the streets yet to be done will be a mix of pavers and asphalt.

Nice update! Thanks for sharing. Phase 1 is definitely not in 2021 though. Will be the end of 2022 or early 2023.

I really like this project.

I think it will be really beautiful once the project matures. The installation of the Central Park with its fountain will ground all of these buildings. Does anyone know when the park's construction will start in earnest?

Meanwhile, I am surprised they had so much success renting out Lumeo, given that many of the uniquartier's amenities (REM, Central Park, restaurants, dr offices, shops) haven't opened yet, or even been built. It must be that people already really like the broader area (DIX30, Brossard schools, etc).
