Too bad no developer or architect working for a developer thought about a non-flat roof. Even a slightly tapered silhouette at 120m would have added some diversity.
Agree 100% - Montreal has to move away from building 200 m max shoe boxes to the sky - why was the Le Sherbrooke design whatever it was called 20 years ago - twin towers with a smart roofing has been abandoned for a standard condo that fits Cote St Luc not on Sherbrooke Street and its Golden Square Mile? Where is the archictectural talent that was Montreal at Expo 67 and afterwards?

Anyone have pics of Quinzent above ground? Or has it become 1500 new underground parking spaces

Parfait!
Does anyone know when the maison LaFontaine restoration work commences?

Naif? probablement. Mais je me souviens les cris du folie de 1962 quand Expo 67 est transfere de Moscou a Montreal et finis, mois de 5 ans, le 29 avril 1967

PS PVM was/remains our best tower. Built in 1962. Now hidden like L'Avenue. Surely we can create a tower in the 2020's that speaks to the |Montreal skyline as the PVM did for over 40 years which says Wow "That's Montreal"
