OursNoir

Cataclaw
Victoria Day is still officially recognized in Quebec, OursNoir. It is a federal statutory holiday. The Quebec gov't decided to create a holiday to fall on the same day, and that's just fine, so in Quebec we have two holidays on the same day. However, the day off we receive is because of Victoria day, not Patriots day.
