The classic brick is the only nice part about the building.

 

The windows look really cheap, the same kind you find on your average suburban pink-brick house (yuck). The cinder blocks at the base give a really cheap feeling as well.

Today, I went to check the prices for Phase2. Not bad...

 

A 41/2 on the 6th floor about 280K. Comparing to Cite L'Acadie (Acces Condo), Jardin L'acadie is a little better in terms of kitchen countertops, A/C included and one extra bathroom. Now is it worth to pay $30K and+ more than Cite l'Acadie?

 

I wouldn't , but it all depends on the person. If I spend another $5K-$7K on a unit at Cite l'Acadie, I guarantee you that I can make it 10 times better than Jardin l'Acadie.
