I wished that I had jumped on this earlier. There was a nice 1100 ft condo with the 2nd mezzinine that I had really liked. Too bad it's taken.

 

However, the neighborhood is still a bit rough.

 

Want to hear some crazy superstition. According to Asian superstition, it is incredibly bad luck to live in a house that is on a three way street.

Yup but it's getting a lot better. There are many condominiums projects in the immediate area and a lot of potential too, as many buildings are in poor condition/old and subject to be bought/demolished for new projects like this one.
