A Philosophy for all People

Communication is not a luxury. It shouldn’t be about frustrating, hard to understand price plans or unpredictable monthly costs. Public Mobile was founded on the core belief that it is everybody’s right to talk, which is why we will offer flat-rate, unlimited local talk and text wireless phone services.

A Service for all People

Too many people have been left out of the wireless revolution. In fact, more than one-third of Canadians still don’t have a mobile phone. Yet these people have worthwhile things to say. To give them a voice, we have created Public Mobile in Quebec and Ontario. Public Mobile will offer unlimited talk and text to keep the conversations flowing, no credit checks so that people can spend their money how they want and a flat rate so that there will be no surprises when the bill comes through the door.

A Company for all People

Public Mobile’s experienced team of telecommunication executives believe that everyone has a right to talk. That’s why Public Mobile is passionate about providing affordable wireless phone service by building a low-cost business from the ground up rather than simply cutting costs in the short term. We want people to enjoy using our services and dealing with our company. People matter to us as do their opinions. So please talk to us; we promise we'll listen and do everything possible to build a company that we can all be proud of.

Thing is they are going to use CDMA G-Band. They are targeting the 38% of Canadians who do not have mobile phones.

Seems interesting. Only way this can work if their plans are like $10/month or something.
