I have a question:

Why would city officials allow Segafredo to have a cheap terrace blocking half of the sidewalk on Ste-Catherine yet at the same time refuse to allow Apple to pay for 3 less parking spots in front of its store?

It dosn't make any sense.

Corruption or incompetence? I would like to hear your views on this.

Thank you.

Haha! Thanks for your replies, they are refreshing.

It can't be because of their "environmental policy" because if there is one thing that's green, it's limiting the number of parking spaces dwtn!
