Here is some major "Renovictions" happening in NDG. They are stripping these two low rent apartments  ($620 for a 2 1/2 last year) and digging up quite deep foundations between them (see below) Does anyone know if that is deep enough to add a third building? More indoor parking?

Anyways, it has a bit of a history: I found it mentioned in a New York based website named: "Bed Bug Registry Map" (!)

If you can't beat them, nuke them!

They appear to be merging the two existing apartments by filling in what used to be parking. They are using that styrofoam "Lego" technique.

Still nothing about it online.

Interesting fusion of new and old with some nice brickwork to give it more character.

December 24 - big improvement
