Popular Post psaunders
Hey Folks, long time lurker. I make YouTube videos out of Montreal, often using the city as an example to illustrate a trend... Because it's the best. The videos are about 10% weird New Zealand words and 85% stupid jokes and 5% useful content. Although my Montreal friends are all lovely people, none of them are architects, economists, planners, policy wonks or property developers. I'm looking to build some informal connections with working Montreal professionals in these fields. Essentially, the people who are in the business of building cities. Reply/Message Me If you're a person who is in one of these fields and loves it, I'd love to get a drink (in a park for the moment) and talk about ideas, get your take on things, find examples to illustrate points and just generally have a laugh. I'm also down to parle en francais, I sound like a 5 year old but love seeing the confusion on peoples faces when I say stuff like "zonage a melange usage". Anyway, hit me up!

Really enjoy your youtube videos - great content. I'm an architect, though currently based in Toronto (sigh). That being said, the contrast of living here does lend some perspective on Montreal's successes and shortcomings. Would be happy to chat when I'm in town or via PM. Cheers!

I remember when I first started out a video was doing the rounds on here, when I saw the comments were positive from people it really encouraged me. I'll DM you both. I think the experience of working in both cities is actually ideal for me, I'm trying to find trends and talk about stuff broadly which becomes easier when you have more points of data.
